AI Staffing
Engineers who have run AI in production, placed on contract into teams that cannot wait six months to hire.
What we screen for.
The résumé filter everyone else uses does not work here, because the keyword and the capability have completely separated.
Production, not prototypes
Has this person run an AI system that real users depended on, with the failures, rollbacks and on-call nights that implies? Or have they built demos? We ask for the incident, not the architecture diagram.
Evaluation discipline
Anyone can ship a model. We look for people who can tell you whether it got better, using a held-out set they built themselves and metrics they can defend.
Security instinct
Whether they think about what an agent is permitted to reach before they think about what it can do. In regulated environments this is the difference between a launch and an incident.
Written communication
Our engineers write decision records and hand work to your team. If they cannot explain a tradeoff in a paragraph, they will not last in your organisation.
Where we place.
Four areas of AI work, plus the broader technology roles that surround them.
AI platform & MLOps
Model serving, inference at scale, GPU platforms and the delivery pipeline underneath them.
Applied AI & agents
Retrieval systems, agent workflows and LLM features shipped into products people actually use.
AI security & governance
Guardrails, red teaming, policy enforcement and the evidence trail a regulator will ask for.
Forward deployed
Engineers who sit inside your customer, build alongside them and make the platform fit the business.
Cloud & platform
Multi-cloud architecture, Kubernetes, GitOps delivery and the infrastructure AI runs on.
Security engineering
Cloud security architecture, identity, policy-as-code and compliance evidence.
How engagements work.
Contract
An engineer embedded in your team for a defined period. You direct the work, we carry the employment relationship and stand behind the placement.
Contract to hire
Work together first, convert when both sides are certain. Removes most of the risk from a hire you cannot afford to get wrong.
Project team
A small group with a scoped deliverable, not headcount. Useful when you need a capability built, not a seat filled.
Send us the req you have given up on.
If we cannot fill it we will say so on the first call, and tell you what we would do instead.
